Admissions for New Session 2012-13

Admissions are open for limited seats in class Nursery to class five for the academic session 2012-13. The new session will commence w.e.f. 19th March, 2012.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

A student seeking admission to the school will have to pass an entrance test, which will be conducted from the syllabus of their previous classes.

ADMISSION AGE

NURSERY:             Minimum 4 years of-age
PREP:                   Minimum 5 years of age
GRADE-1:              Minimum 6 years of age

GRADE-2:              Minimum 7 years of age

GRADE-3:              Minimum 8 years of age

GRADE-4:              Minimum 9 years of age

GRADE-5:              Minimum 10 years of age

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

NURSERY:        Written test of English - Small & Capital Letters (A to J)  Urdu - Alif say Khay tak, Math - 1-10   

PREP:              Written test of English - Small & Capital Letters (A to Z)  Urdu - Alif say Yay tak, Math - 1-50 Science

GRADE-1:         A written test of English, Urdu, Math and Science will be taken. Duration: one hour

GRADE-2:         A written test of English, Urdu, Math and Science will be taken. Duration: one hour

GRADE-3:         A written test of English, Urdu, Math and Science will be taken. Duration: one hour

GRADE-4:         A written test of English, Urdu, Math and Science will be taken. Duration: one hour

GRADE-5:         A written test of English, Urdu, Math and Science will be taken. Duration: one hour

Note: Pass percentage is 50% in all admission tests.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

The following documents are required to be attached to the admission Form:
1. A photocopy of the birth certificate 
2. Two photographs (Passport size)

3. A photocopy of I.D. card of parents

4. School leaving certificate from previous school (Except for admission in class nursery) 

Color Day

Color day is celebrated on 7th September to enjoy the happiness of eid. children spend their day in eating and playing different games arranged by their teachers. Gifts were given to every student on behalf of the chairman AMC Trust Mr. Khalid Chaudhry.     

Teacher Training Workshop

The school is reopened on 23rd August following a teacher training workshop. Workshop is conducted by Maulana Jahangir Mahmud, Executive Director SER (www.ser.com.pk), a famous scholar, author of many books on education. 

Important Notice about summer vacations

2nd Parent Teacher Meeting

2nd parent teacher meeting will be held on 11th june. Parents will collect the result from teachers and also will discuss students problems regarding academics or character. please observe the time from 10 to 12 morning.

First Term Exam

First term exam will commence from 25th May insha allah. Date sheet and syllabus has been given to the students. 

Na'at and Qirat Competition

Na'at and Qirat competition is the first event of the new session which was held on 12th may 2001. Students participated in the event with spiritual enthusiasms. Here are the pictures of the event.

1st Parent Teacher Meeting

1st parent teacher meeting was held on 23rd April, 2011. Principal kps Mr. Muhammad Zubair gave a comprehensive briefing about the basic theme of the trust and the school. He also described the evaluation procedure and calendar of events for the new session to the parents. There was also a question answer session at the end of the briefing. Then parents moved to the classes to meet the teachers so that they can discuss in detail about the academic as well as behavioural progress of their child.

First Monthly Test

First monthly test has been conducted from 27th April to 5rd May 2011. Result will be given to students on saturday 7th May insha allah.

Session 2011-2012 starts

Alhamdu lillah kps has completed its 5th session successfully ans now starting its 6th session. Session 2011-2012 has started with new hopes and ambitions. Kps administration will try its best to take kps towards a higher level of excellence in this session insha allah.
